Setup times are quick! It typically takes just 20–30 minutes. Our trained attendant will arrive early to ensure everything is in place and tested before your guests arrive.
We require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
No problem! You can add extra time to your rental. Just let us know in advance or speak to your attendant on-site, and we’ll accommodate based on availability.
Absolutely. A friendly ToastCam attendant is on-site for the full duration to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll receive your curated highlight reel and full guest messages within 1–3 weeks of your event. Need it sooner? Ask us about our rush delivery option!
While that’s never happened, we take your trust seriously. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your booking due to a true emergency, you will receive a full refund—and we’ll do our best to help find a replacement vendor or offer a rescheduled experience if possible.
